You’ve heard top fighters and coaches say that success in combat
sports is 60%, 70%, even up to 90% mental. It would be hard to
prove the exact percentage, but make no mistake, it is damn

And at the same time mostly ignored.

Although fighters know that in order to reach their true potential,
they need to train their brain, it usually is an afterthought.

What needs to happen is that you need a plan of attack, just like
you need a fight plan when you walk into the ring or cage.

If you just wing it with your combat sports psychology, sooner or later
someone is going to get into your head, and you will lose to a
lesser skilled opponent.
